1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and TIJEY STUDIO (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the PLUGMARKET platform at plugmarket.uz.

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, browsing, downloading, or purchasing any digital products (plugins, extensions, scripts), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

To use PLUGMARKET, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• Have a valid Google account to sign in and access our services.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you sign in via Google, an account is automatically created for you on our platform. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account on PLUGMARKET.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that may harm our platform, other users, or third parties.

4. Digital Products & Licensing

4.1 Product Description

PLUGMARKET offers digital products including plugins, extensions, and scripts designed for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. All products are provided as downloadable digital files.

4.2 License Grant

Upon successful download or purchase, we grant you a:

This license permits you to use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may install the product on multiple devices, provided that only you (the licensed user) are using it.

4.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product files with any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product source code.

If you need to use a product across a team or organization, you must purchase a separate license for each user or contact us for a multi-user licensing arrangement.

5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments can be made via Cryptomus (for cryptocurrencies), Telegram Stars, or through manual transfers (such as Click, Payme, Uzcard, Humo, Visa, and Mastercard). By making a purchase via Cryptomus, you agree to their Terms of Service. For manual transfers or Telegram Stars, your payment receipt or screenshot serves as proof of purchase, and access to the product will be granted manually after verification. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details or private keys.

5.3 Free Products

Some products on PLUGMARKET are offered free of charge. Free products are subject to the same licensing terms as paid products unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Technical defect: The product is fundamentally broken and does not function as described, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Not as described: The product significantly differs from its description on the product page.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 13. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

• Your review does not contain spam, advertisements, or links to external services.
• Your review does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review that violates these guidelines. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display and use your review on our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on PLUGMARKET, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, images, plugin source code, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of TIJEY STUDIO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a license to use the product as described in Section 4. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

“Adobe,” “After Effects,” and “Premiere Pro” are registered trademarks of Adobe Inc. PLUGMARKET is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIJEY STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

When using PLUGMARKET, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Redistribution or piracy of our products.
• Abusive behavior towards our team or other users.

Upon termination, your license to use any downloaded products remains valid (as licenses are perpetual), but you will lose access to your account, download history, and the ability to make new purchases or downloads.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
